We rarely turn down a request for a return, but we had to put some nuts and bolts business rules in place......

Returns/Refunds:
All returns must be in their original manufacturers' packaging. Orders cancelled or items returned to GLJones and Associates are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping, Insurance, Handling, and tracking costs incurred by GLJones and Associates are not refundable. Orders returned must have insurance and tracking. Any insurance, tracking or handling charges will not be reimbursed by GLJones and Associates. Damages, other than those specified for the order's return by the customer, found on returned orders will be charged an actual or estimated fee for the damages and will be deducted from the refund. Refunds of any kind are paid by the end of the month following of the date of a returned item. If any items, being returned, are not returned within 7 days of initiating a refund, GLJones and Associates will no longer honor the return request. Refunds will be paid either by company check or through Paypal (minus Paypal fees) at the discretion of GLJones and Associates. Refunds for our suppliers products may be given based on the decision of their respective manufacturers; If they will not refund GLJones and Associates, GLJones and Associates will no refund any monies on that product. Any returned orders listed with free shipping are subject to all these conditions.

Exceptions on returns:
There are no returns on Antiques or new chandeliers. Any antiques or collectables we advertise are described to the best of our ability, disclose any flaws and we use many pictures. We are always glad to answer any questions and send you some additional pictures if you need them. New chandeliers are non-returnable because of the delicate nature of the product. However, we will replace any part broken in shipment or any piece missing in your order for free. Expenses for removal or reinstallation of defective or returned products will not be reimbursed by GLJones and Associates. Dura-Trel, Panacea, and Polytex products' returns are based on their companies' warranties on their products; If they will not accept a return on a product for any reason, we do not accept a return on that product (Check these out below).


Shipping:
Cost of shipping is normally at a fixed price for shipping in the continental US. This price includes insurance, tracking and handling. Orders are normally shipped ground. GLJones and Associates or our suppliers will use USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL or others at our discretion. Please include your telephone number for our waybills; It can sometimes mean the difference of a service driver finding your address and a delay in delivery. Shipping can be expedited for extra fees, if you wish.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or a lost shipment due to circumstances outside of our control, but we will actively work to locate your order and get it to you. Our shipping is PDQ, but we like for you to allow up to 2 weeks to recieve your order. Some of our suppliers who dropship for us, fill hundreds of orders daily and we submit your order the day the invoice is paid. If we carry your item at our business location we ship it either Tuesday or Friday. If you have paid by Friday- Monday afternoon, your order will ship on Tuesday. If you paid Tuesday-Thursday afternoon, your order will ship on Friday. We always strive to keep our shipping schedule, but again, we always recommend allowing three weeks for delivery. International orders' shipping costs will include the cost of shipping your order to our location, if necessary, and the cost of forwarding your shipment to your country. The reciept you recieve may indicate less than you paid for shipping and only reflect the cost of shipping from our location to your country.



Damaged shipments:
We will replace or initiate claims for damage under the conditions of our products' warranties or guarantees allowed by our suppliers.

Brackets and Bike racks and firewood racks damaged in shipment will be replaced for free. We will replace broken parts for our antique lighting if we have a duplicate. If we don't have a duplicate part, we will file claims with the shipper for damage in shipment on any products shipped from our warehouse. If the shipper doesn't cover the claim;we will not cover the claim. Once a claim is paid to us and we recieve the damaged product back at our location, GLJones and Associates will reimburse the customer accordingly.

Product Warranties

Dura-Trel Warranty

Dura-Trel Products are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects resulting in delaminating, peeling, flaking, corroding, cracking, crazing or extreme amounts of faking or bleaching causing the PVC to change to its natural color for a peroid of 20 years from the date of purchase. Normal weathering is defined as exposure to sunlight and extremes of weather and atmosphere which will cause any colored surface to gradually fade.

Not covered: Physical abuse, Improper installation or installation not in strict adherence to instructions writtem by Dura-Trel. If materials are painted,varnished, or coated with any substance. Shipping damages. Damage to atmospheric pollutants or acts of God, building or ground settlement, or subject to stress of weight.

Claims and Remedies: If a product is determined to have a manufacturing defect which is covered by this warranty, Dura-Trel, Inc. will replace the material containing the defect(excluding labor) FOB from the point of manufacture. Dura-Trel, Inc. will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the removal or reinstallation of the product. Claims must me made with in 30 days from the day of recieving the product. You must contact GJ and Associates for at bigmarble@consolidated.net for a Return Authorization number (RMA#).

Poly-Tex Limited Warranty

Poly-Tex, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year from date of invoice. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. Poly-Tex does not warrant parts not manufactured by Poly-Tex, but does assign any transferable manufacturer or supplier warranties. Should any defect be found, full repair or replacement will be rendered to the customer at no cost following inspection by a Poly-Tex representative and the return of the defective product to our Castle Rock, MN factory. Expenses for removal or reinstallation of defective products will not be covered by the warranty. POLY-TEX SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DELAY IN PERFORMANCE OF THIS WARRANTY BEYOND OUR CONTROL. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER IMPLIED, WRITTEN OR ORAL INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. This warranty does not cover damage from customer abuse, misuse, improper installation, customer modifications customer negligence in performing normal maintenance, damage resulting from acts of nature.

Panacea Products

If you wish to return an item within 30 days of your purchase according to our company policies, you may do so and receive a credit toward the purchase of another item or a refund price. All returned items must be unused in original condition and original packaging. Shipping, Tracking and Insurance charges are not refundable.
